Florida football recruiting: Zavier Mincey
First on our list is Zavier Mincey, a 4-star safety out of Dayton Beach.
We wrote a while ago that the Gators were on the come up in Mincey’s recruitment after Corey Bender submitted a prediction that Zay would end up a Gator, and UF’s position has only improved since then.
Oddly enough, Mincey hasn’t made his way to Gainesville for a visit yet per 247, but being an in-state prospect means that he’s already more than familiar with the Gators.
If he were to be a Gator, Mincey would be walking into a very young safety room in need of both depth and talent, which Zay would be able to provide.
Mincey brings elite athleticism, being that he plays basketball and participates in track events for Mainland.
