Florida football recruiting: Tawaski Abrams – Florida State

Tawaski gave us what I believe to be one of the most interesting quotes in recruiting. While committed to the Gators’ sworn rival, he gave us this:

"“If I de-committed, it would be to go to Florida – no ifs and or buts.”"

Sounds like a true Nole right there.

For right now he’s still on board with Mike Norvell and FSU, but a Gators push seems like it could swing him pretty fast.

Abrams needs to put on a little more size before college, but his best trait is his speed. He’s a lightning bolt on the field and has multiple sub-11-second times in the 100m on the track.

Like Chance, the Gators aren’t chasing after Abrams with all they’ve got. But he’s still a guy to keep an eye on as the cycle progresses.
