Florida football recruiting: Dealyn Evans – Texas A&M

Evans has been committed to Texas A&M since July of last year, but the Gators have been hot on his tail for just as long.

Dealyn out of Longview, Texas, is the 70th-best player in the country, and the 10th-best DL.

Like Smith, Evans is also hearing a whole lot from DJ Lagway, as DJ tried to get his fellow Texas product to come to The Swamp.

With Jordan Pride committing later today, and the feeling there is that he’ll be an Aggie, it’s only fair that Evans switched over to the Gators.

Dealyn would be a big addition to the Gators DL class, which is looking to bring in an elite haul for the second straight year.
