Florida football: Justin Shorter, Round 7, Pick 219, Philadelphia Eagles

Justin Shorter has great size out wide and came in as a highly-rated prospect, but was never able to put it all together and be the elite threat some thought he would be.

He still put together a very solid career and will likely hear his name called because of it.

I think that Philly will look at Shorter as a mini AJ Brown. Big body, can muscle through defenders and can go up and high point the ball.

While Shorter likely wouldn’t see a ton of time early in that stacked Eagles offense, he’ll be a great guy to have in their wideout room in case someone goes down or to have when he develops into a better player.

Shorter could go do great things in Philly.
