Florida football: Richard Gouraige, Round 7, Pick 224, Atlanta Falcons

Richie has the bad luck of coming into the draft at the same time as his teammate O’Cyrus Torrence, who gets a lot of eyes when scouts came to UF to look for OL targets.

But still, Gouraige’s size and strength will earn him a pick this weekend, and I think it’ll be the Atlanta Falcons.

Atlanta has struggled to piece together a consistently strong OL for a few years. I should know, I’ve been a fan.

ATL is looking to run the ball a ton in the future with their trio of great RBs, so adding depth and talent to that room is only logical.

Getting someone with the sheer size and upside of Gouraige is a good pick, and should work out well for both sides.
