Florida football is sending tons of talent to the NFL Draft, and there are plenty of former Gators who are hoping to hear their names called on draft night.

From a projected top-ten pick in Anthony Richardson to day three hopefuls like Rashad Torrence II, we could see multiple Gators go off the board each day.

With the first round of the draft coming up tomorrow night, we decided to take a crack at a mock draft, but only looking at Gators and where they may end up.

So without wasting any more time, let’s get into it.

Florida football: Anthony Richardson, Round 1, Pick 4, Indianapolis Colts

I know for a while there I was writing up pieces as to why Richardson could be the first overall pick and shock the world.

But that train seems to have run out of gas. Bryce Young and CJ Stroud figure to be the first two QBs off the board (no those test scores won’t kill Stroud’s draft stock).

With pick three going to the Cardinals who still have Kyler Murray on their roster, AR will be the third QB off the board and go to Indianapolis.

This feels like a fit because an RPO with Richardson and Johnathan Taylor just sounds stupid. Plus, Indy has some veteran wideouts that could help Anthony get settled in the passing game, like Michael Pittman Jr.

And yes, AR should be drafted before Will Levis. Richardson’s ceiling is infinitely higher than Levis’ and these teams will see that.
