Spencer Sanders

As of this writing, Spencer Sanders and Walker Howard are both still members of Ole Miss. But it isn’t unlikely, given this day and age, to see one of them re-enter the transfer portal if they are deemed not to be the starter for 2023.

Sanders transferred from Oklahoma State and, at one point, was linked to Florida football during the early stages of his transfer process.

Howard transferred in from LSU, but no real smoke linked him to Gainesville.

Either QB, though, would bring a pedigree that would be on par, if not better, than Jack Miller and Graham Mertz.

If one of them does wind up back in the portal, don’t be surprised if Napier makes a phone call.
