Micah Bowens

Already looking for his third college program, Micah Bowens was a higher-rated three-star prospect out of the famed Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas. He signed with Penn State in 2020, but did not play.

He transferred to Oklahoma in 2021, but was not credited with a pass attempt in two seasons in Norman.

Coming out of high school, Bowens was noted for his pocket presence, with the ability to scramble as needed. Analysts also noted the zip he was able to put on the ball.

Like others on this list, Bowens is an unknown entity at the college level that had the tools needed to succeed when he left high school.
