Florida Football: Kiyaunta Goodwin
It felt like a big deal when Goodwin transferred to Florida from Kentucky. After all, listed at 6’8″ and 353 pounds, Goodwin is a big deal along the offensive line.
But Goodwin has not been listed among the starting unit, and it appears Napier and crew only want to work him at tackle. When the Micah Mazzccua happened, and it was revealed that he had surgery and his status is unknown for the season opener, Goodwin’s name wasn’t considered a possibility to play guard, nor did Napier seem interested in moving Austin Barber to guard to make way for Goodwin.
