Florida Gators: Jeff Driskel breaks leg

There are actually a lot of parallels between Feleipe Franks and Jeff Driskel. Both were highly touted QBs coming out of high school that had great scrambling ability but just never seemed to piece it all together on the field.

Coming into the 2013 season there were high hopes for Florida after going 11-2 in 2012, but those hopes were thrown out the window following a 31-17 victory over Tennessee.

Driskel left the game after being rolled up on and it was announced that he had broken his leg.

Driskel did return in 2014 to play for the Florida Gators, but he was eventually replaced by Treon Harris and Driskel transferred to Louisiana Tech in 2015.

Driskel has managed to hang around for seven seasons in the NFL, including this past season with the Houston Texans.
