Florida football was able to get 20 signatures during the first day of the Early Signing Period and avoided any bad surprises on the trail. 

Despite not landing any new elite players, Napier kept his class intact, which is really all you can ask for in this era of recruiting. Even with these guys locking in to come to Gainesville for their freshman seasons, it’s almost a guarantee some of these guys will hit the transfer portal before their careers are over.

Whether it be lack of playing time, NIL somewhere else, or any other reason, the transfer portal has gotten much more popular in the last few years, and Florida hasn’t been immune to it.
