Jack Pyburn

Like Savaiinaea, Jack Pyburn is a three-star recruit listed at 6-3, 263 pounds.

Unlike Savaiinaea, Pyburn absolutely explodes to the ball in his high school film.

He was used mostly on the edge in high school playing for Bolles Academy, but he showcased a motor and willingness to play inside more than Florida’s other incoming freshman.

Pyburn was also a successful wrestler in high school, placing 3rd in the state of Florida in 2020.

It remains unseen if Florida intends to have Pyburn do much in pass coverage or stick strictly as an edge rusher, but for a three-star prospect he has the highest ceiling among Florida’s freshman OLBs.
