Emmitt Smith

The other no brainer on this list, Smith would have the top spot on Florida’s all-time rushing list had he stuck around in Gainesville for a fourth season.

In three years, Smith racked up 3,928 yards rushing and 36 rushing touchdowns.

His 284 rushing attempts in 1989 led to 1,599 rushing yards for an average yards per carry of 5.6.

Smith currently sits 11th on the all-time rushing list for the SEC.

Smith would go on to be drafted in the first round by the Dallas Cowboys in 1990.

He had an okay NFL career.
