Xzavier Henderson

Brother of former Florida defensive back CJ Henderson, Xzavier Henderson is the guy for Florida that falls into the category of “Due for his breakout season.”

The former four-star recruit, and top 100 overall prospect nationally, out of Miami, Henderson has seen limited playing time during his two years in Gainesville.

Last year he did play in all 13 games, catching 26 passes for 227 yards and two touchdowns.

Like Shorter, Henderson is a tall receiver listed at 6-3. Comparing his high school weight to his current weight as listed by Florida, Henderson has added 15 pounds and is listed at 195.

Henderson was noted for his speed coming out of high school and has been receiving praise during this year’s fall camp.

He will need to step up as Florida’s deep threat this season.
