On October 3, 2015 the Florida Gators took on the Ole Miss Rebels in a prime time matchup in The Swamp.

Florida entered the game 4-0 and was ranked 25th. Ole Miss was also 4-0 and was ranked 3rd.

This game is largely remembered as the coming out party for quarterback Will Grier, who was a redshirt freshman at the time.

This was also during head coach Jim McElwain‘s first season in Gainesville.
