How sensitive is each SEC fanbase?

LSU fans can get as salty as their corndogs, but in fairness to the people of Baton Rouge their saltiness is justified at times.

When you are a program that can and has won national titles, it’s understandable to be upset watching Les Miles mismanage the clock while chewing on grass. Plus my own interactions with LSU fans have been run of the mill SEC stuff.

But they do lose points in the sensitivity area when I happen to be in Baton Rouge during one of their spring games (but not for the spring game), and I asked the bus driver what game day was like for a spring game.

He said “It’s just like a regular season game.”

Spoiler alert, the crowd that day was not like a regular season game.

And trying to inflate it as otherwise shows signs of sensitivity.
