I saw a Twitter post yesterday that tried to rank “The most sensitive fanbases in college football” . It had multiple SEC schools and it ranked the Florida Gators as the third most sensitive fanbase in all of college football.

Now there are certainly pockets of Florida Gators fans right now who could probably use a couple of deep breaths while trying to keep up with the world of recruiting, but to say Florida was the third most sensitive in all of college football seemed a bit of a stretch.

To also claim that Alabama has one of the least sensitive fanbases made me realize this was mostly clickbait nonsense.

The clickbait worked, however, because it got me thinking about who actually has the most sensitive fans in the SEC. The following is a ranking of the least sensitive fans in the SEC to the most. I don’t have a fancy metric for this or a whole lot of data. This is based off of observations and personal interactions with these fan bases.
