The winner of this game will be one win away from the championship series. The loser will have to play on Sunday at 3pm and will ultimately have to win three straight games to make the championship series

Breakdown Of Oklahoma State

The Cowgirls are the 7th overall seed with a record of 47-12. They are riding a nine game winning streak where they notably knocked off the top ranked Oklahoma Sooners in the Big 12 title game.

Oklahoma State made it to the Women’s College World Series with relative ease, only trailing once in five games leading up to Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma State had a battle against Arizona in their opening game of the WCWS. The Cowgirls trailed 2-1 in the bottom of the 6th before Karli Petty hit a three run home run.

The Cowgirls have six batters with an on base percentage over .400, led by Miranda Elish with a .468 OBP.

Oklahoma State also have three batters with at least ten home runs on the season, with Julia Cottrill leading the way with 11.

In the circle should be Kelly Maxwell. Her 1.19 ERA is 11th best in the country among individual pitchers. Maxwell has 293 strikeouts in 176 innings pitched.
