Florida football option #2: Daniel George – Penn State – Rising senior

The next player on my list would be Daniel George, another 4-star prospect, this time out of Penn State.  Daniel is another player who is notorious for a huge play earlier in his career.  This time, however, the play broke a school record, with a 95-yard touchdown reception to George, the longest in school history from scrimmage:

Daniel George is another receiver with high potential (.9049 grade in 247Sports composite), but never really got a shot at this level to produce.  Over his four seasons, he has had 18 receptions for 285 yards (15.8 per reception) and 1 touchdown.  His big-play potential is off the charts as seen by his immensely impressive yards per reception, and ability to get behind the secondary.  At 6’1″ 210, he has the large frame to fight after the catch as well, which is vital for any receiver.  He would be a great shot to take for Florida football in 2022.
