Florida Football: Gators make offers to 3 2023 quarterbacks

Florida football target #3: Dylan Lonergan – 4 star QB

The final QB on the list is Dylan Lonergan, a 4-star QB from Brockwood highschool.  Lonergan is ranked as the 95th prospect nationally by 247Sports combine score, and as the 9th best QB in the class under the same metric.  Lonergan has received a re-offer by Florida football which happened on March 9th, obviously showing the new coaching staff still has an interest in Dylan.

Overall Lonergan is a very solid prospect and athlete, playing baseball as well for Brockwood.  He is exceptionally safe with his passes, only throwing 9 interceptions in his 3 seasons, as opposed to 57 passing touchdowns.  He is also a good rusher, as one would expect from a baseball player, accruing 149 rush attempts in his career for 993 yards and 12 touchdowns. He would be a viable addition to the Florida Gators, and they could definitely be an option for him with their re-offer.
