Florida basketball heads into Wednesday’s game against Tennessee desperately needing to pick a bounceback back  victory. The Gators (12-7) were absolutely whooped by Ole Miss (10-9) on Monday night. Mike White and the Florida Gators will need to end the last part of this season on a red hot run to make the NCAA tournament.

Tennessee (13-5) enters this game ranked 18th in the country and having just scored a huge win over 19th ranked LSU this past weekend. They also back up their record and ranking with some impressive results this year. Four of their five losses have come against teams currently ranked in the AP top-25, their outlier loss came to Alabama who has been ranked at times this season. The Vols also picked up a victory over the Arizona Wildcats earlier this season, Arizona is currently ranked 3rd in the AP top-25.

Florida Gators vs. Tennessee Line, Spread, Over/Under

The latest WynnBET odds have Tennessee favored by 9.5 points in this Wednesday night matchup. Florida enters with +370 money line odds, while Tennessee sits at -500 odds to win. The over/under total has been set at 131 points.

Florida Gators vs. Tennessee Prediction Wednesday

The Gators will be without Colin Castleton again on Wednesday night. Castleton has arguably been their best weapon, averaging 15.9 PPG and 9.1 RPG. This will be the third consecutive game missed for the Florida big man, the Gators have averaged just 57.5 PPG without their star.

All Tennessee has shown this season is that they can compete with pretty much every team in the NCAA. They have no bad blemishes on their record and have scored some huge wins, while beating all the teams that they should beat. Florida will have no shot in this one, especially on the road.

Prediction:

Tennessee 79

Florida 62
