Now that the Florida football season is officially over, players moving on are trying to figure out just how best to do it.

There are going to be some Florida football players lacing it up on Sunday’s next season.

While we don’t know who or where, some Gators are taking the first step in their future by finding agents to represent them at the next level.

Capital One Orange Bowl Most Valuable Player Lamical Perine has signed with SportsTrust Advisors to represent him in his future football endeavors.

“Blessed to be a part of the family,” Perine wrote on Twitter Thursday.

SportsTrust represents players like Tennessee Titans’ quarterback Ryan Tannehill and Los Angeles Rams’ left tackle Andrew Whitworth.

Over his four years with Florida football, Perine amassed 2,486 yards on 492 attempts and 22 touchdowns. This season, he had 677 yards on the ground on 131 rushes and six touchdowns.

In his collegiate career, Perine added 72 catches for 674 yards and eight touchdowns.

However, he may have saved his best of the season for the last game.

Against Virginia in the Capital One Orange Bowl, Perine had 13 rushes for 139 yards — including a 61-yard touchdown on the first drive of the game — and two touchdowns. He also had 43 yards on five receptions and another touchdown.

It was good enough for Perine to be named MVP of the game,

Florida football defensive lineman Jonathan Greenard also signed with an agency Thursday. The graduate transfer signed with Rosenhaus Sports and power agent Drew Rosenhaus.

“Blessed to be working with the best of the best,” Greenard said, via Twitter Thursday.

Greenard, who played three seasons at Louisville before transferring to Florida football this season, closed out his career with 53 total tackles — including 27 solos — with 10 sacks this season.

For his career, Greenard had 123 total tackles, 19.5 sacks and 38.5 tackles for loss.
