Florida football: 5 takeaways from the Gators win at South Carolina

The weather was ugly, Will Muschamp was ugly and the way Florida football won on Saturday was, well, ugly.

It was just miserable conditions in Columbia as Tropical Storm Nestor wreaked havoc on the Carolinas and, for the first half, Florida football.

The Gators looked as if they would be the second team in a row taken down by the Gamecocks as South Carolina established early dominance under the legs of Tavien Feaster.

But, Florida football rattled off an impressive second half, led by quarterback Kyle Trask and the Gators’ receivers.
