Florida football will open with a 12 PM ET kickoff on a much juicier Saturday than last week.

Georgia and Notre Dame will be getting the most attention nationally, but Auburn-Texas A&M will go a long way in determining the top challenger to Bama and LSU in the SEC West.

12:00 PM ET

The Game of the Day
Tennessee at #9 Florida (ESPN) – QB Kyle Trask and QB Emory Jones will debut as the new 1-2 combo at quarterback for the Gators. The Vols leave the unfriendly confines of Rocky Top for the first time. Will Florida live up to its top-10 billing or will Tennessee show some life?

#11 Michigan at #13 Wisconsin (FOX) – Harbaugh’s teams have struggled in these spots over the years. Wisconsin has streaked out to a 110-0 margin over two games this season. Both teams are coming off of a bye for a critical Big Ten opener.

#23 Cal at Ole Miss (ESPNU) – Cal’s defense should limit the scoring in this one, but expect the Rebs to provide a good fight in The Grove.

3:30 PM ET

#8 Auburn at #17 Texas A&M (CBS) – Fisher has a chance to make a statement in a winnable home game against a Tigers squad led by a freshman quarterback. If Auburn finds a way to win at Kyle Field, the Bo Nix hype train will be out of control heading into Gainesville in two weeks.

#22 Washington at BYU (ABC/ESPN2) – The Cougars have found a way to win against Tennessee and USC in the last two weeks, but the run should come to an end this week. Washington is already on thin ice after a Cal upset a few weeks back. A loss here would be devastating for the Huskies.

4:00 PM ET

Kentucky at Mississippi State (SEC) – Two teams coming off of close home losses. Both teams are still trying to establish a new identity with lots of new talent. Kentucky may play it’s way into another good bowl game with a win in Starkville.

South Carolina at Missouri (SEC) – QB Kelly Bryant‘s first look at the SEC East. I’m still trying to figure out South Carolina this season. This game should be telling. Florida fans should tune-in to find out a little more about two upcoming opponents.

7:00 PM ET

#16 Oregon at Stanford (ESPN) – Can Oregon duplicate UCF’s domination of the Stanford defense? Stanford has been a pesky out for Oregon most years, but based on what we’ve seen over the last two weeks, the Cardinal look to be in a for a disappointing season.

7:30 PM ET

Oklahoma State at #12 Texas (ABC) – Texas has no issue playing top-tier opponents, but the Tom Herman era has been held back by these mid-level games. Oklahoma State has been a thorn in the side of the Longhorns of late, winning four straight in the series. The Cowboys are a quiet 3-0 on the year and a win in Austin could put OSU in the playoff picture well into October.

8:00 PM ET

#7 Notre Dame at #3 Georgia (CBS) – If Georgia runs away with this one, as expected, can we please remove Notre Dame from any playoff consideration?

10:00 PM ET

Colorado at #24 Arizona State (PAC12) – Impressive win for the Sun Devils in East Lansing last week. Colorado failed to follow up on a big win over Nebraska, but they’ve proven to be a competitive team through three games this season. Which team will take the next step?

10:30 PM ET

UCLA at #19 Washington State (ESPN) – UCLA is a mess right now, but when Mike Leach and Chip Kelly get together, there’s a high probability of something interesting occurring.

Utah State at San Diego State (CBSSN) – The Aztecs have 10-straight wins over Utah State. Both teams enter into this game with undefeated records. San Diego State should be tested by a strong Utah State offense in this early season Mountain West showdown.

Remember, the Gators take on Tennessee at 12 p.m. Saturday at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
