Kansas State (2-0) at No. 23 Mississippi State (2-0)

When and where: 12 p.m. Saturday at Davis Wade Stadium in Starkville, Mississippi.

On the air: ESPN with Bob Wischusen, Dan Orlovsky and Allison Williams.

Outlook: A big win last week over Southern Miss should give the Aggies more confidence coming off just a 10-point win over Louisiana. Quarterback Tommy Stevens looked much more relaxed in front of the home crowd — connecting on his first nine passing attempts for 105 yards and two touchdowns last week. Defensively, safety Jaquarius Landrews and Brian Cole III are anchoring the Aggies’ defense that hasn’t allowed 30 or more points since 2017.

The Last Line: K-State coach Chris Klieman has a lot of success under his belt with North Dakota State. The Wildcats blasted Nicholls State, 49-14 and Bowling Green, 52-0. Could be trouble for the Aggies.
