Alabama vs. Duke

When: 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31 at Atlanta (Mercedes-Benz Stadium)

How to watch: ABC with Steve Levy, Brian Griese, Todd McShaw and Molly McGrath. ESPN Radio with Marc Kestecher, Tom Ramsey and Ben Hartsock.

Outlook: What can you say about the impending thrashing No. 2 Alabama will likely put on Duke? The Crimson Tide is 13-1 in Atlanta and 19-2 under a dome. Duke? Does it really matter at this point?

Alabama returns a strong corps of its offense, including quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (I just wanted to write that out) and junior wide receivers Jerry Jeudy and Henry Ruggs III — who combined for 33 touchdowns since 2017.

Duke? Again, does it really matter?

The Last Line: Yeah, the only upside I see for Duke is the payday. Outside of that, Alabama is likely going to steamroll the Blue Devils in Atlanta.
