Tennessee-Martin head coach Jason Simpson has led the Skyhawks since 2006.

Prior to that, he was with Tennessee-Chatanooga, Texas State and Jacksonville State.

In none of those stops has Simpson faced the Gators, making this season’s game the first for him at the helm.

In fact, this will be the first time UT-Martin has faced Florida in football, ever.

So, his count against the Gators: 0-0.
