Florida football: Get hyped! Gators unveil locker room improvements
It may be the unofficial start to the college football season, and the Florida football team is getting a new lease on where the team will spend a lot of time together in the coming months.
A $1.5 million renovation has many in Gator Nation pretty excited.
Monday, Florida football head coach Dan Mullen and athletic director Scott Stricklin unveiled the renovated game-day locker room the Gators will use this season.
For this season, the new Bryan E. Kornbleu Locker Room will also be the Florida football team’s home until its new $85 million practice facility is complete.

Gators Football’s Locker Room Renovation 🐊🔥
So, some new graphics, a fresh coat of paint as well as recliners and video game stations give players and coaches something to be pretty stoked about.
And, rightfully so. These are the kinds of things that come into play when a student-athlete is weighing a decision on where to spend the next four years of his or her life.
Let’s also not lose sight of the fact that the Gators will soon be the recipients of an $85 million indoor practice facility that will likely be equipped with all the digital bells and whistles you can think of (and probably some you haven’t thought of yet).
So, in the battle to provide the best possible facilities for its student-athletes, the Gators appear to be raising the bar with the Florida football gameday locker room.
That means it is time to get hyped. Not just for the renovation, but for the start of the new college football season!
