No. 2 Jonathan Phillips (2005-2009)

Jonathan Phillips played all but one season of the Urban Meyer Era and was a part of two National Championships and a Sugar Bowl.

He played an instrumental role in the 2008 National Championship as he made all three of his extra points and converted a 27-yard field goal.

Phillips did the bulk of his kicking during the 2008 season, which is why his stats are the fewest on this list. He made 12 of 14 field goals (85.7 field goal percentage), 97 of 101 extra point attempts (96 extra point percentage), and scored 128 points.

Academics were very important to Phillips as his accolades below include:

  • SEC Freshman Academic Honor Roll in 2005
  • SEC Academic Honor Roll in 2006 and 2009
  • Academic All-SEC in 2006 and 2007
  • SEC Champion in 2006 and 2008
  • Semifinalist for Lou Groza Award in 2008

After five years at Florida, Phillips called it a career and made no attempt to play in the NFL.
