In the game of football, kickers are usually seen as head cases.

If they have a couple of bad games, the entire special teams unit can collapse and their team’s season can go to shambles.

If they make the game-winning field goal, they are heralded as heroes on campus all week.

If they miss a game-winning field goal, then they are the loneliest and most hated players on the football team( at least according to the fans) until the next game.

Florida has not had the most dominant kickers come through its football program with just five total NFL draftees in school history.

Nevertheless, most of the players on this list helped the Gators win bowl games and National Championships. So join me now as I take a look back at the greatest kickers in Gator history!
