No. 5 Chris Faulkner (1979-1982)

I kick off my list with Chris Faulkner.

His freshman year, he was a member of the infamous 0-10-1 Florida Gator team of 1979. In four seasons, he tallied 71 receptions for 752 receiving yards and 8 touchdowns. Overcoming the winless season of ’79, Faulkner played in three bowl games.

However, the Gators could only win just one of them, the 1980 Tangerine Bowl.

After graduating, Faulkner entered the 1983 NFL Draft and was selected 108th overall in the fourth round by the Dallas Cowboys.

He played two unmemorable seasons in the NFL before retiring.
