Uniforms: There are three football uniforms to choose from for UGA all paired up with the red helmet and gray pants. There’s the standard away white jerseys, the home red jerseys, and the alternate home black jerseys broken out in big games. Being a traditional SEC power, Georgia doesn’t have to break out special jerseys with all sorts of different color combinations and bright colors. The black, red, white, and gray color combination on the gridiron means the Dawgs are at play. I’m a traditionalist of sorts, so there’s not much I would change about their uniforms on the football field.

Georgia’s uniforms across all other sports basically feature the “GEORGIA” across the chest of the uniforms. Let’s take a look at the basketball jerseys. They have four different color schemes for the basketball uniforms, with two home sets and two away sets. The Bulldogs usually wear home whites and away red jerseys, but this year UGA unveiled a black alternate (seen above) for away games and a gray/silver alternate for home games. The black uniforms have become popular and it seems like they’ve become the primary away uniform for the Dawgs. All of the uniforms feature the G logo on the shorts. The four uniforms recently got the Nike Aerographics makeover. This is probably the best part of any uniforms Georgia has across all sports. The back of the jerseys beneath the numbers feature the newest version of the secondary dog head logo along with The Georgia Arch, the campus’ historic landmark and icon (below).
