With the Gators hosting SEC West rival Louisiana State University on Saturday night, the team has a chance to take another big step towards reestablishing its position an SEC football power.

After getting benched last week, there are a lot of questions about quarterback Jeff Driskel. With Treon Harris suspended, the Gators are burning the redshirt of freshman quarterback Will Grier, who will be available along with Skyler Mornhinweg to step in if Driskel struggles. But just because there are question marks with the signal caller, that doesn’t mean the Gators don’t have what it takes to make a statement game.
