The Florida Gators men’s basketball NCAA Tournament poll continues and will continue every week up until the tourney begins. You were asked to weigh in and make your prediction on where the Gators will end up finishing in the Big Dance. Does this Florida team have enough to win it all? Is last season’s Elite Eight appearance a possibility again? Do the Gators have the talent and ability to even make it that far?

Votes were spread all around this week. Well, almost all around with only a national title runner-up finish not taking any votes. After a Sweet 16 finish last week taking the win, this time you said the Gators would go one round further. 36% of the vote had Florida making it to the Elite Eight for the second straight year (this was my pick for the week*). Up next was the Final Four with 23% and rounding out the top three was the Sweet 16 with 18%. Add the 14% of you that predict the Gators will win it all to the first two and an outstanding 73% of you believe Florida will make it to the Elite Eight or beyond.
This week is a big one for the Gators and one that will show us all exactly how good this team is. It all starts on Tuesday night when No. 12/11 Florida takes its seven-game win streak to No. 1 Kentucky. Plenty more on that game to come.
